In these fields starting October 1943 till May 1944 By the Fascist-German aggressors were shot more than 4500 peaceful residents of Kobryn and the area Attempting to hide/cover up the traces of the perpetrated crimes, the Hitlerites, before retreating from Kobryn in 1944 excavated and burned the remains of the bodies. |
