The Belarus Research Team (BRT) commissioned research in the Minsk Archives for the Surnames and variants listed below. All of the Names and final payment must be received by May 15, 2005.
The BRT will make photocopies of what they find on a weekly basis. At the completion of the research, the BRT will created a CD that was express-shipped to the Coordinators who will duplicated as necessary and shipped a CD to each participant.
The cost was higher than initially expected because we requested copies of each Metric Record
found. The cost for each Surname with variants researched was US$83.00. This paid for up to 22
documents found. Each additional document cost US$0.55 additional. These additions were and were settled up at the conclusion of the project. Larry Schenker sent each participants an invoice for US $83.00 for each Surname to be researched, payable by a check on a U.S. bank.
