Son of Szymon and Frejda, husband of Chana, father of Gita. No photo of Lejzor has been found. Captured by the Germans on Sept. 17 1939. He spent about a year in captivity in the German Stalag camps before being returned to Eastern Europe. He apparently died sometime between Dec. 1940 and Nov. 1943 in the Lipowa 7 camp in Lublin or in the Majdanek death camp. More details. |
