With God’s help
Since the fund of the society has
risen to 500 rubles and we can grant bigger loans, we need
supervision over returning of the loans. We have agreed to appoint
3 gabais and directors: R’ Lipa Visak will be treasurer
and the first gabai. R’ Eizik Lamdin will be second gabai, and R’ Levi Yitzkhak Epelboim will be third gabai.
R’ Lipa Visak can loan up to 5
rubles without consulting his other colleagues, but to loan more
than this sum he must get a written aggreement from his 2
colleagues.
These three gabais are
required to supervise so that the capital of the fund for this
charity will continue to exist. These gabais are appointed
until next Sabbath Mishpatim 1913
Brisk, First of Adar [19th of February] 1912.
