9. Only members of the society are eligible to act as guarantor.
10. The guarantor
will pay the loan only after two months of no payment by the
borrower.
11. A member cannot
guarantee for more than one loan even if they are for two different
borrowers.
12. Two guarantors
from the society will not be accepted for a single borrower.
13. A guarantor will not
take advantage of the borrower for any benefit to himself. He
will perform this function only out of good faith and belief in charity.
